ROS - Response Optimization Strategy
NRS provides ROS programs for companies requiring premium response rates. With an NRS ROS, NRS survey programs can achieve response rates of up to 70%.

Standard NRS research programs without ROS consistently achieve survey response rates of at least 50%. For survey populations of 30 or more people, statistics have shown that a survey response rate of 40% or higher is a strong representation of a total population. Margins-of-error for each percentage increase in response rate over 40% diminish only slightly.
