Madison, WI - NRS Corporation and the publicly traded homebuilding giant Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE:BZH) have officially extended their home buyer satisfaction research relationship through 2004. All Beazer Homes divisions will have Internet access to customer satisfaction data gathered by NRS, data that includes buyers' perceptions of home buying process, home quality, and warranty service. Survey and analysis of customer perceptions of Beazer-built homes throughout the U.S. will provide Beazer with scientific insight into corporate-wide performance of customer satisfaction at various stages in the home buying and ownership process. NRS surveys all Beazer homebuyers after closing at 30 days, 90 days, and one year. Beazer uses NRS analyses for organizational improvement, including augmentation of its management incentive programs. "Even my bonus is tied to what NRS says," states Beazer Homes CEO Ian McCarthy. In January 2002, Beazer Homes and Indiana-based Crossmann Communities announced a merger that created the sixth largest homebuilding company in the U.S., with 15,506 home closings and $2.7 billion of revenues in 2001.
